Lead projects in the area of customer service and Order to Cash to improve performance, reduce speed to market, increase safety and quality standards, and optimize cost, cash, and revenue.Collaborate with global brands, affiliates, and departments to execute initiatives on the re-organization of EMEA’s distribution network, delivering reduced distribution expenses and inventory days to sell.Support the Strategic Modernization Initiative team’s SAP implementation across EMEA supply chain and affiliate markets.Establish strategic processes to ensure consistency within brand & affiliate process flows, KPI reporting & inventory optimization.Deliver strategic timeline management projects to ensure business continuity and Project Management Taskforce savings.Provide leadership and direction across supply chain processes including inventory management, customer service and operations.Capture key performance metrics against preset deliverables to ensure goal execution quality.

Oversee all brand logistic requirements with both internal and external team’s incl. 3PL’s, Estee Lauder Companies Global Supply Chain, Brand Departments (Budget $6M).Ownership and collaboration with brand GBSC (Global Brand Supply Chain) team on distribution and logistics KPI’s.Training, performance reviews, and employee development for Assistant Logistics Manager.Contract performance reviews, re-negotiations, and strategic planning requirements with all global brand logistics companies.Create policies, procedures, and evaluating programs for logistics activities.Direct distribution operations to ensure cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives.Liaise with Estee Lauder Companies Regulatory, Legal and Environmental Service department to ensure global product compliance requirements.Negotiate and manage transportation carrier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.Plan and implement improvements to logistics systems and processes.Maintain KPI metrics, process documentation, and customer service reports.
