Chree Boydstun is an accomplished fundraising executive with a talent for building community trust, expanding access in healthcare to the underserved, and inspiring teams to achieve meaningful impact. As Chief Development Officer for Legacy Community Health—the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Texas—Chree has raised over $350 million since joining in 2007, fueling growth that now serves over 215,000 individuals annually. Her achievements include securing a record-breaking $50 million gift from Houston Methodist and funding capital campaigns that expanded Legacy’s clinics by six locations.With expertise spanning development, marketing, and human resources, Chree also leads Legacy’s 20-member Development Department, driving $30 million in annual grant and fundraising revenue. Her initiatives encompass planned giving, volunteer programs, and community engagement, further solidifying Legacy’s presence and mission.Chree's background includes leading roles at the Society for the Performing Arts and CARE International, where she developed impactful fundraising strategies worldwide. A Texas Tech University graduate, she also dedicates her time to the boards of the Association of Health Care Philanthropy, American Cancer Society, Southern Smoke Foundation, and the Advisory Committee of the Latin Women's Initiative. She is a member of the American Leadership Forum Class XXVIII and Texas Bluebonnet Girls State administrative staff.
