Similar to my previous role at UserZoom but changed a little following the merge with UserTesting. We transitioned to a more consultative approach whilst still providing expert training and assistance of 3 software platforms (UserZoom, UserTesting & EnjoyHQ).I helped identify customers' research goals and built plans for using purchased consulting hours to meet these objectives. Initiatives may include group training sessions, direct study guidance, workshops or 1-1 consulting based on UX trends and best practices.

Responsible for helping enable our customers to run research using Userzoom. My responsibilities include: Driving adoption and regular usage of UserZoom as an embedded solution into clients’ research practices.Building client relationships along with cross functional teams to drive higher retention rate with existing customers.Onboarding + Supporting customers on UserZoom’s product and service offerings.Advising customers/users on UX methodologies and best practices of building studies, analysing data and producing findings reports to ensure customer goals and KPIs are achieved with high quality.Running live interactive classes to enable a wider audienceActively assisting clients in achieving and maintaining value from UserZoom as a UX partner and solution.Working closely with the Revenue (sales) team to support client retention and growth strategy.Continually assessing and monitoring account ‘health’, identifying risks early and acting in collaboration with the wider account team.

Typical duties consisted of showing customers to their tables, and delivering food and drink either within the restaurant or through room service. The busy environment helped enhance my ability to organise and prioritise tasks. The one-to-one nature of the role with customers, particularly when carrying out room service orders, allowed me to further develop my communication skills and be friendly and confident in my approach.

This role consisted of ensuring customer's needs were met throughout their visit. Particular duties included: taking the customer's order; delivering food and drinks to their table; and ensuring they are satisfied throughout. I developed my communication skills further and improved the ability to perform under pressure.
