Current• Strengthening partnerships with Colorado Technical University, Western Governors University, English the Arches, and Career Online High School• Aids 80+ employees with education enrollment in one of the aforementioned programs• Collaborating with the Human Resources Director to develop a new company handbook• Conduct investigations into policy infractions, including harassment, workplace violence, and discrimination• Boosting employee satisfaction company-wide at 89% by interviewing 150+ employees to evaluate employee morale, review benefits (401k, health, and dental insurance, PTO, etc.), and resolve complaints• Reducing legal risk by conducting people audits in 20+ stores with Supervisors and HR Director
