What happens when you combine a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies & Philosophy with mopping floors and cleaning toilets in a health club starting in 1998? You learn humility and appreciation for life and the opportunities it presents. If I can effectively talk about the meaning of life, our God-given grace, and transcendental experiences with the Holy, how much easier is it for me to speak cross-functionally with other departments, personalities, and understand different perspectives? My walk started at the bottom, and by the grace of God, I have been able to grow into a globally influential position with Johnson Health Tech. Having a commission-only sales background, I know how to "get things done" on my own. However, I've also learned that WITH others, we can do SO MUCH MORE. I'm thankful for all my successes, experiences and leadership opportunities as they have contributed to the Christian man, husband, father and employee I am today. With Christ and family at my center, I can enjoy a full life and have an AMAZING impact on anyone I work with or lead.
