Full time position reporting to the Head of Coaching and Youth Development Phase Lead Coach leading the delivery of the Academy U15’s age group, including coaching players in line with the Clubs age-group specific training syllabus using a specialist coaching model, leading the In-Possession aspects of the age-groups Category 1 Academy Games Programme, assisting the delivery of domestic and European tours to Academy players, and planning, logging and evaluating age-group specific data using the Clubs PMA system in line with Premier League’s Category 1 Academy requirements.

Full time role reporting to the First Team Manager, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching leading the organisation and delivery of the Academy U18’s and U23’s age groups, including creating, implementing and developing a scheme of work with the support of a broad multi-disciplinary staff conducive to effectively facilitating player pathways into the professional game, leading the age-groups Category 3 Academy Games Programme, and planning, logging and evaluating age- group specific data using the Clubs PMA system in line with EFL Category 3 Academy requirements.

Full time role reporting to the Interim First Team Manager assisting the organising and delivery of the Clubs First Team setup, which included opposition scouting, planning and delivery of First Team training based on the interim Managers outlined game-model, the needs of the First Team squad in terms of their individual and collective strengths and areas to develop whilst acknowledging information gathered from scout reports, and assisting the delivery of the Clubs EFL League 2 Games Programme.

Full time role reporting to the Academy Manager overseeing the development of the Clubs U12’s to U23’s Academy coaches-16 in total, including implementing individual personal development plans unique to each coach relating to both professional requirements and personal interests, assisting coaches in the planning, delivery and evaluation of practices, training sessions and match-day strategies, and ensuring that coaches implement the Clubs football philosophy across all Academy age-groups.

Reporting to the Youth Development Phase Lead Coach leading the delivery of the Academy U13’s age group, including coaching players in line with the Clubs age-group specific training syllabus, leading the age-groups Category 1 Academy Games Programme, assisting the delivery of domestic and European tours to Academy players, and planning, logging and evaluating age-group specific data using the Clubs PMA system in line with Premier League’s Category 1 Academy requirements.

Part time role reporting to the First Team Manager assisting the organising and delivery of the Clubs First Team setup, which included talent ID and recruitment of players, assisting the First Team player contract negotiation process, assisting the implementing of individual exit strategies for First Team players that leave the Club, opposition scouting, planning and delivery of First Team training based on the information gathered from scout reports, and assisting the delivery of the Clubs National League South Games Programme.

Overall Management of the Clubs Academy programme, including working within an outlined annual budget, managing 20+ multidisciplinary staff, the planning and implementing of the Clubs Sussex based Talent ID and Recruitment process, the designing and delivery of a Club specific training syllabus for players aged from 9 to 19 years, the organising of domestic and European tours, facilitating of player pathways throughout the Academy and into the First Team, and overseeing the individual exit strategies for Academy players that leave the Club.

Multiple part time roles reporting to the Foundation Phase Lead Coach that included leading the Pre-Academy U7’s and U8’s age groups on both training and match-days, as well assisting the delivering of the age-group specific training syllabus and games programme to the U10 and U12 year groups. These roles also required me to assist the delivery of domestic and European tours to Foundation Phase aged Academy players whilst always planning, logging and evaluating age-group specific data using the Clubs PMA system in line with Premier League’s Category 1 Academy requirements.

Full time role reporting to the Community Scheme Manager overseeing 5 Sussex based Development Centres delivering a games to develop training syllabus which also included, the managing of 15+ multidisciplinary staff, the organising and delivery of Talent ID and Recruitment games, facilitating of player pathways throughout the Development Centres and into the Clubs Academy programme, as well as assisting the delivery of domestic and European tours to participants aged from 9 to 16 years.

Part time role reporting to the Academy Manager delivering an individual technique heavy training programme which also included, the organising and delivery of Talent ID and Recruitment games, facilitating of player pathways throughout the Academy and into professional Club Academies based in the Sussex and Kent region, as well as assisting the delivery of domestic and European tours to participants aged from 4 to 16 years.
