• Managed a program which targeted degraded plastic pipe for replacement. Approximately 28 miles of pipe with a cost of $16MM was replaced over a 3-year period.• Created and oversaw vintage plastic gas pipe replacement projects from the initial design creation, through internal approvals, entity permits, construction, and final completion.• Coordinated with public entities on their franchise projects to mitigate possible conflicts with Southwest Gas’ pipeline facilities.
