I over see the Safety , Quality and production of 10-15 associates on the manufacturing floor Producing high quality eye wear. I have been tasked to write work instructions ,Process control plans,I have completed the Internal Auditor training, Emergency Response Team , Certified in CPR , First Aid, Attended multiple kaizen events to help with Process improvement so our production team can be more successful with safety,out-put and quality. When i started with my present employer i started as an entry level associate with hard work and willing to learn i have advanced through all levels for hourly associates to my present position. In my off time I enjoy spending time with my kids, Running a Youth Soccer league ,coaching youth soccer, and shooting competitive 3-D archery.
