• Manage the accurate ETL of over 1M rows of job vacancy data per month• Create and maintain complex TSQL queries including creating views and stored procedures• Production and distribution of complex reports as per client-set SLA’s. • Developing new reports in accordance with client requirements • Identification of value-add services to customers based on their requirements and my knowledge of our products. • Work with BI tools Tableau and Logi XML to design and create analytical/trend analysis on labour market data sets in excess of 50M rows• Create QC checks to maintain the quality and consistency of reporting data • Lead a team of data analysts to ensure the consistency of service and quality of information

• IT training experience (group sessions and one to ones)• IT asset management skills• Manipulate data using Excel pivot tables• Responsible for processing Equal Pay claims/complaints from women who consider themselves to have been discriminated against under the Equal Pay Act. • Liaise with both solicitors and claimants to lodge the complaints and process through to completion. • Preparation and presentation of cases, mapping information and analysing claim data, which is then used by various external organisations. • Recruitment of new members through attending open days, producing literature and mailings • Offering advice and support to members explaining the legalities surrounding the Act
