Responsibilities and Achievements:• Collaborative leadership and management of a large operational team with overall responsibility for a 4,800m2 warehouse and manufacturing environment including the IT infrastructure and operational supply chain relationships.• Overall responsibility for ensuring operational efficiencies and metrics were achieved by maximizing the WMS Systems and Pick to Light and RF warehousing technologies and infrastructure.• Project and change management along with leadership for the development and implementation of the enterprise level Warehouse Management System (Manhattan), and associated Delivery (operational) Plan. This was a $1.5 million implementation.• Project management and execution of all aspects of the construction of a $20 million facility at Eagle Farm including the technical (Manhattan) and physical infrastructure (Dexion) for a busy 4800m2 Warehouse and Manufacturing plant.• Development and implementation of all corporate governance policies, strategies and processes in terms of IT, OH&S, Disaster Recovery, network and data security and usage policy. • Proactive management and delivery of IT and operational solutions to business problems to ensure maximum efficiencies and financial metrics were achieved throughout the business.• Managed the delivery of core IT systems to users in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney utilizing Microsoft RDS technologies.• Managed an IT/Operational/Inventory budget of $5 million per annum along with full P&L accountability encompassing key vendor relationships.

Responsibilities and Achievements:• Co Project Managed and implemented the migration of a 6,500 user Windows NT Domain environment to an Active Directory structure.• Co Project Managed and implemented the migration of a fragmented messaging infrastructure to Microsoft Exchange technologies. • Co Project Managed and implemented a Citrix Farm delivering key patient and core applications to 3,000 users on remote sites.• I worked with a team of 3 people responsible for managing and supporting over 100 servers and network links/routers across 150 Hospitals, Health Centers and Community buildings. • As Technical Services liaison, I provided a communications mechanism for ensuring all levels of IT support were aware of network or server related issues. This included full network documentation.• Assisted with the procurement of all server and network related hardware and Project Managed the creation of any new sites from a technical perspective.
