Providing technical advisory and process optimization for the Air Force Environmental Restoration Program worldwide via Global Engineering, Integration and Technical Assistance 2011 (GEITA11) contracting engine. Guidance and recommendations have been for both Performance Based Remediation (PBR) and non-PBR contracts. These tasks include providing recommendation for optimizations of process leading to Site Closeout for all contaminated media and projects phases from, Remedial Investigation Work Plans & Conceptual Site Models (CSMs), and Reports (SARs), Feasibility/Treatability Study & Plans and Reports, Records of Decision, Remedial Action Work Plans/Corrective Action Plans and Reports, (RAWPs through RACRs) including, Optimized Exit Strategies (OES), Remedial Action Operations and Maintenance Plans/Reports for Natural Attenuation and Annual Groundwater Monitoring Reports, for achievement of Performance Objectives and 5-Year Reviews leading to Site Rehabilitation Completion Reports/Orders (SRCR/SRCO). These efforts are carried out under RCRA Corrective Action Permits issued by the US EPA [42 United States Code (U.S.C.) 6901, et seq.] granting regulatory oversight will be provided by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection per requirements in Florida Administrative Register (FAR) and Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 62-780, Criteria (2012).Project tasks also includes managing assignments towards completion of assignments for AFCEC, local range customers and Task Order Manager towards achievement of milestones in Project Management Plan/Cost Line Item Numbers through liaisons with local Range Controllers and Civil, Environmental and Infrastructure Engineering personnel for scheduling and execution of projects. Review documents & technical manuals for adequacy and assist with research, or other field work, as needed for historic site functions and potential identification of contamination processes (archived blueprint review).
