After graduation I spent nearly 25 years working in IT and Facilities at all levels for a number of commercial and public sector organisations where I was able to use my leadership skills to turn around failing teams or build new teams and deliver service excellence to support and enhance business performance.I took the opportunity for a change of career in 2012 and moved into property development and residential letting and have a steadily grown a portfolio of properties so that I now provide homes for over 50 tenants, many of whom appreciate the service and value we offer and have continued to rent from us for many years. Having successfully grown the business profitably from nothing we are now one of the larger HMO landlords in Worcester and expanded to Coventry in 2020. I am continuing to invest in the business and further develop and improve the property portfolio, more recently adding solar panels and batteries to most of the properties.I'm also a founding Director in what has now become the UKs largest online retailers of vintage video games where I am responsible for the systems, technology, facilities and operational aspects of the business which are essential to maintaining high efficiency and low overheads.
