RenCorpRealty specializes in historic renovation and adaptive use projects. RenCorpRealty has developed, built and managed numerous projects in Downtown Spokane. These projects included Historic Register buildings such as The Gables, The Wetzel Warehouse, The Dowling, The Luminaria Building, among others. We have also built a number of adaptive re-use projects such as The Edge Condominiums and The Autolofts, mixed use residential/commercial developments.
