I have been with ESC Automation for the last 10+ years. During my time with ESC, i have gained a vast knowledge of the Building Automation sector. I started out my apprenticeship in construction and new install, and by the time i was a 4th year, i was running multiple jobs with 1 or 2 apprentices. After receiving my Journeyman Certificate, i took on larger jobs/projects with more apprentices and responsibilities i.e.; Safety, training, mentoring, and ensuring jobs are fully completed from start to finish and come on or under budget to the best of my ability. I have recently made a switch in our company to our Special Projects division. Our Special Projects division most of the time deals directly with ownership of buildings, customers, and facility operators, but is not limited to new construction. Over the last year i have taken it upon my self to further my education through on-line classes. The classes i have chosen to complete 4 online courses which will help me achieve my CAPM Certification.
