For over 25 years our comprehensive selection of wholesale wines and spirits have been made available to top restaurants, hotels and liquor stores throughout the state of Colorado.I moved into my current position in 2020 to pursue a long-standing professional interest in wine, and became a sales representative for boutique wine company CTS Distributing. I currently sell wine in the Aspen, Telluride, and Glenwood Springs markets, working with wineries and distilleries from around the world to bring their products to market.

--Held overall supervisory role for Food and Beverage operations inside of Aspen’s largest resort hotel, with department sales of $9.96 million in 2019, a 19.3% improvement over 2018 --Established durable, sustainable systems for each restaurant, including financial reporting, training, and operations, with an eye towards entrenching those systems for future managers’ use--Helped to streamline and improve menus, from the main menu to cocktail and wine lists, to create a more interesting and appealing product mix worthy of a Forbes five-star experience--Worked with restaurant managers to ensure smooth and profitable operations in the restaurants as well as in our active banquets department--Managed controllable expenses for the culinary, front of house, and banquet programs; realized a 7% savings under budget in 2018, and 3.1% savings under budget in 2019

--Worked for the Olympia Companies, a leading hotel management company specializing in on-campus properties; lead all aspects of Food and Beverage at Swarthmore College’s on-campus hotel operation-----Oversaw all beverage ordering and purchasing, including SLO orders from various wine and spirit companies--Worked with restaurant and banquet managers to ensure smooth and profitable operations in Broad Table Tavern, our three-daypart signature restaurant, as well as an active banquets department--Participated in the construction phase of the Inn; worked with contractors to ensure correct instillation of relevant systems (e.g., beer draft, plumbing, coffee, refrigeration, data and POS) --Hired initial food and beverage staff, maintaining a commitment to diversity and leadership talent development; created all FOH training materials and executed opening training process--Projected sales and expenses over the next year and a half using initial opening data; predicted sales in July and August within 4% of actuals thanks to accurate interpretation of business trends

--Ran the entirety of banquet operations at one of the nation’s top ski in-ski out luxury resort properties --Managed over 20,000 sq. ft of meeting space in two separate venues: the Viceroy Snowmass, and the Snowmass Base Village Conference Center --Coordinated human and material resources between these venues to ensure proper preparation and execution of high end events (e.g., incentive group meetings, ski group banquets, luxury weddings)--Oversaw and directed banquet leadership, providing oversight on multiple events as they were executed by our front-line staff of supervisors and associates--Managed banquet beverage, paper, and dry goods inventories, requisitioning additional materials when necessary; used the Adaco inventory management system to track and maintain month-end inventory counts--Utilized the OnTrack management system to help create the F&B departmental budget for 2016, as well as track day-to-day labor expenditures, manage the on-call server list, and write the weekly schedule--Managed bi-weekly payroll for the banquets department, entering tips and tracking hours for all banquet staff
