Emergency Management Specialist
CurrentSupport any security discipline where specific skills or training are not required.Coordinate administrative requirements associated with security efforts such as drafting / creating: standard operating procedures, posting orders, bulletins, notices, plans, programs, budget support documents, presentations, training materials, tracking logs and spreadsheets, etc.Support security functions by scheduling meetings, planning special security events, and arranging for official visitor access (coordinate with physical security/ access control) – also provide advanced support by creating agendas, interpreting plans and official documents, and proactively anticipating and arranging logistics.Support personnel and physical security functions, as required.security training courses, classes, or sessions for both government and contract personnel on a wide array of topics.Perform complex work commensurate with the assigned grade.Supervise administrative or access / Escort Grade 1 personnel, or a combination of both as warranted by the task or PMP.Supervise administrative, access/escort, or generalist grade 1 - 2 personnel, or a combination of those disciplines as warranted. Supervision includes all normal duties, such as schedules, work assignments, disciplinary action, recognition, etc.Must be able to meet drug testing and alcohol-free workforce requirements to include random drug and/or alcohol testing.Required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID vaccine Attestion/Restrictions.
