This involved providing guidance and mentorship to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness.Remit:• Acted as a subject matter expert for all Comcast Business products and services by staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, conducting product training sessions for sales engineering team members, and providing support to customers and internal stakeholders.• Facilitated collaboration between the sales engineering team, local and national engineering teams, technical operations, and other internal partners, which reduced response times, and enhanced overall customer experience.• Led a dynamic sales engineering team supporting both SMB and mid-market sales organizations with solution selling of our high-capacity Ethernet network, HFC broadband, SDN/SD-WAN, advanced voice (UCaaS), SaaS, IoT, and video-based services. • Provided subject matter guidance to employees and implemented standardized workflows to streamline operations. • Led in new Masergy sales and SE training to ensure the successful rollout of the new product set. This entailed developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing ongoing support to sales engineering team members to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth for Comcast Business.• Assisted with the sunsetting of Cisco ONS transport gear across Midwest regions by developing migration plans, coordinating equipment decommissioning, and ensuring minimal disruption to customer services.
