We have a 50 man tool room that builds over 500 new tools a year. We design, build and manufacture parts from a huge variety of types of tools. Single cavity aluminum prototypes to 16 cavity, Class 101 Production tools. We build molds for Medical, Automotive, Retail, Defense, and Electronics Industries. Our molds run in Presses from 12 ton to 750 ton. With the wide range of customers and products lines, we can offer any customer a multitude of options. Our specialty is lower volume, production capable tools without compromise to part design.

Started out as upgrader in assisting the Journeyman Mold Makers in building complex molds. During my time on the floor, PTI was more of a 1 man, 1 mold, mold shop. We designed, made details, Did our own EDM, Benching etc...Learned a lot about true Mold making.
