- ISO 50001:2008 team lead- Direct reporting to Managing Directors and Operations Director- Implementation of new processes- Identifying opportunities for improvements- Liaising with the sales, technical, marketing, production, operations and quality departments- Energy team manager- Energy monitoring- Research and Development- Testing- Project RENO testing- Training of bespoke software- Installation of machines- Data analysis- Document control and fleet management, - Record keeping of all pre-emptive maintenance on both fleet and machines, - Sourcing and ordering machines including a vertical storage unit and forklifts- Sourcing of unique small parts for older custom machinery,- 2D and 3D modelling of the factory, machinery and parts. - Running the energy team- Attend training days as company representative- Driving changes within production to increase efficiency - Designing and making custom logos and cut plans for bespoke projects, such as a gantry for a adventure race and holiday celebration pieces.

After 2 years as a part time cycle mechanic, I have been given the opportunity to extend my career, learning opportunities and the chance to grow. My duties now include cash management, staff management and also the chance to work closer with staff to aid personal development. I now run daily 'Pitstops' and set daily challenges for staff that are to be completed within the day.
