I am a cybersecurity consultant and software developer for hire. My current programming specialties are developing plugins for the BIMServer.org project and developing Quality Control Software for the Construction Operations Building information exchange (COBie) standard.

I was the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research Development Center (ERDC) program manager of a collaborative R&D agreement between ERDC and the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). This joint venture was established for the development of ProjNet(TM) system that serves 90,000+ users. I provided substantial technical contributions as well as ensuring the scientific validity of work produced by my teammates. My team and I produced research and development products that influenced practitioners and researchers in government, industry, and academia on an international scale. Our responsibilities included, but were not limited to the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) validation tools, computational approaches to facility sensor data analysis, balloted international BIM standards such as COBieLite, and BIM visualization software. I also developed software for applications such as long-term structural health monitoring, bridge inspection, asset management, and munitions testing.
