Tech Support Representative
Current- Provide second level support to field service technicians seeking assistance withservicing smart safes and ATMs, as well as assistance with part numbers andordering. Support provided by phone and via email.
- Provide technical support to external customers for troubleshooting, diagnosing,and either resolving or dispatching appropriate field service technician.
- Updates customers with service status and completion information.
- Document call information in appropriate databases.
- Escalate unresolved issue to Level 3 support.
- Read technical bulletins to stay current on procedures.
