I am a Training General Manager at Wawa, where I have been developing and coaching store managers and associates for over two years. I have over 15 years of experience in the retail and food service industry, with a strong background in sales, food management, operations, financial P&L analysis, retail and logistical leadership, fuel, convenience, restaurant, and multi unit management.I have achieved outstanding results in my current and previous roles, receiving multiple recognitions for my leadership and performance, such as the Presidents Club award for three consecutive years, the Lee County School Business Partner of the Year award for two years, and the Best in Class in shrink reduction award at Toys"R"Us.
