As the DetermiNation Director I was responsible for the overall production of our DetermiNation team for Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. I managed two staff that helped with the recruiting, fundraising and engagement of volunteers. We had our largest Chicago Marathon team ever during this time with nearly 900 runners and more than $1.5 million raised. While our national program was significantly reduced, I maintained several existing race relationships while tasked with building new race partnerships to grow our portfolio.

I was a contract employee, serving as the Tour Manager for the Verizon Wireless Youth Soccer Clinic Tour and the Foot Locker College Hoops Tour. This involved managing dozens of volunteers at each location to help with setup, sponsorship activation, photos, reporting and working within our budget. The Verizon Wireless tour covered stops in Grand Rapids, Philadelphia and Miami. The College Hoops Tour involved events at 20 colleges across the country.
