• Currently oversee the day-to-day business operations and resource allocation functions for KPMG's Federal Consulting business unit (~$500M/1400 personnel). This role requires daily communication and coordination with senior leadership, engagement delivery functions, and support function in execution of the Business Unit strategy and customer commitments. The position is also the lead role for interaction and coordination with the larger Firm in the above areas.

In this role executed assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements. Major projects included lead consultant for a Dow 100 Aerospace & Defense company potential merger & acquisition, capture lead for a several Intelligence Community pursuits, and advisor to an investment holding company evaluating the potential market capture of one of its holding companies.

COO for $0.5B/950+ personnel Intelligence Community business unit which included enterprise information management/software centric solutions, data mining and analytics, and mission operations support programs. Managed day to day functional operations to include execution and oversight activities of the Capture Management, Supplier Management, IT, Security, Quality/Mission Assurance, and Engineering groups (as Functional Engineering Lead). Execution responsibilities included management of rates, overhead budgets, capital and expense budgets, IR&D funding oversight, and engineering staff development and placement.

Management/Technical Staff positions. Worked for several companies over a twelve year period providing on-site, management and engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency and its predecessor organizations. As a member of Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) Program Director’s (PD) Senior Technical Staff responsible for providing weekly cost/schedule/technical updates on status of GMD sensors to PD and Senior Staff. Key member of three Defense Acquisition Board Milestone Reviews campaigns, and received the Defense Acquisition Excellence Award for support to GMD Sensor program. Participated as a member of the Source Selection Team for GMD Lead System Integrator contract and the Source Selection Team for Tactical/Strategic X-band Fire Control Family of Radars contract.
