Former media professional turned IT technician with a variety of skills and knowledge including help desk customer service, software-as-a-service, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and much more.My media career entailed years of experience as a broadcast and print media professional, beginning with a four-year stint in the Air Force, continuing as the lead videographer at the Springfield News-Leader in Springfield, Mo., then transitioning to business and education reporter at The Chronicle in Centralia, Wash. I returned to Springfield for two years to work for KY3 and KSPR TV on their digital desk, then returned once again to The Chronicle where I closed out my media career in 2015.
