I supported Microsoft employees who needed assistance with internal websites, computer hardware, VOIP equipment/services, network security, VPN, and all Microsoft software. I also had the chance to support pre-beta testing of future Microsoft products, such as Windows 7 and Office 2010. A high point for me was the responsibility of testing new software and documenting bugs or feature requests for the development of flagship products. Duties also included conducting personal performance surveys. I was able to achieve a historical average of at least 95% positive result. Monthly workload was commonly expected to approach 500 recorded incidents per month. With effort, I was able to maintain a consistent average over 800.
