Directed and implemented various High Performance Work Systems, including: JSM (Job Skills Management), QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety Morale, pre-shift green room communications process), and KSRMP (Kraft Safety Risk Management Process) to achieve the optimal workplace. Designed and executed a Kraft model program for flexible crewing and staffing through use of 3rd party management concept, resulting in million-dollar savings to the plant.
