I know data centers and cloud. For the last 20 years, I have been actively engaged in building, selling, recommending, and doing site selection for dozens of data centers across the world. I have sat on both sides of the table, both as a data center owner and a data center buyer. I understand the nuances and challenges of the industry and have negotiated multi-million dollar multi-MW contracts.
