This was as well as working alongside the club committee to bring the senior and junior sections closer together, and Loughborough University to help improve the movement of players between the two. In the 2010/2011 season, the 1st XV gained promotion to Midlands 1 East for the first time in the club’s history, and we retained our league position at the end of the 2011/2012 season. -
