Since November 2022 I have been working as a Business Development & Portfolio Officer for KPSN (Kent Public Service Network).The role is a a mixture of selling services on the existing portfolio, understanding the technical roadmap of Partners to integrate new services into their strategic goals and onboarding new Partners. Accredited to Cisco Associate and Professional level in Routing, Switching and Troubleshooting. 17 years at Kent Police with experience in Unified Communications, voice and data networks, strategic planning, supplier management, stakeholder engagement and incident management.I am highly motivated, optimistic and enjoy working with likeminded people who also strive to exceed expectations. I am an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with all staff at all ranks with varying levels of expertise.I am an influencer of direction and business solutions and never hesitate to take ownership of my decisions.When faced with a crisis or adversity is when I bring all my experience, knowledge and communication skills to bear. With a total of 25 years’ experience in IT I have an excellent holistic view of all areas of the industry.
