Responsibilities entails being the Contingency Operations Non-Commissioned Officer within the Personnel Plans, Policy and Operations Branch; consolidating daily reporting of Joint Personnel Status Report (JPERSTAT) covering Service members, DoD Civilians and Contractors for 53 countries on the African continent; briefing the Combatant Commander (CCDR) weekly on Personnel Accountability (PA); provides 24/7 on-call support for the Joint Operation Center (JOC) for real world occurrences; provides daily COVID reporting to the CCDR, Joint Staff and OSD; advises the command staff and components on personnel accountability procedures, and regulatory guidance; performs data reconciliation of deployed personnel on the continent. I also have experience in Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) related occurrences and planning to include making sure that all NTS systems/Components and subordinate task forces are up to date with the latest software and also being a NTS Administrator in my current position in AFRICOM.

Served as a Desk Sergeant for a Law Enforcement Military Police Detachment; capable of conducting missions in support of the KFOR Regional Command-East Commander's intent; responsible for the training, readiness, discipline, health, welfare, and professional development of 3 Soldiers; ensures care and maintenance of over $480,000 worth of installation equipment for Desk Operations; ensures accountability of radios for law and order and movement duties along with vehicle dispatches; performs law and order duties as Military Police Desk Sergeant in support of KFOR Regional Command-East, for a community of more than 600 U.S. Soldiers, 350 Multi-National Soldiers, and over 400 Civilians and Department of Defense Contractors.-Created a new desk section continuity book to ensure a smooth transition for the next Military Police detachment.-Developed new policies and procedures for daily PMO desk operations and made significant contributions to Military Police standard operating procedures.

Kabul, Afghanistan

-Served as a Protective Service Agent for a Commanding General in a combat deployment providing support of battlefield operations, to include protective services for VIP's and tactical operations command operations: responsible for junior leader development programs; responsible for standards, command policies, command climate, morale, good order and discipline; responsible for the health, welfare, training and safety of 3 Soldiers: responsible for the accountability and maintenance of 21 classified computers, 4 toc radios, 6 assorted weapons systems and supporting equipment valued in excess of $200,000.-Responsible for booking over 100 rotary wing and fixed wing flights for the Commanding General and staff during various missions in Afghanistan.-Volunteered to stay an additional two weeks to ensure a proper relief in place for new replacements.
