With a master’s in computer science and over 15 years’ experience in surveillance product management and coding, 2.4 years in HCI (Hyper-converged infrastructure) solution, I am searching for new and exciting opportunities. I have been working in the surveillance industry for 15 years, planning/managing products such as IP/cloud cameras, NVRs, DVRs, RAIDs, and HCI. I have also worked extensively with IoT and app-controlled products as well as CMS and am experienced in market analysis and pricing, main chip, ID design, and product specifications. In my prior position as Product Marketing Manager at Promise, I manage HCI system, Scale-Out NAS, VDI, Enterprise file sharing&sync, workload migration, Big Data platform. Since it is a startup BU in Promise, I organized product exhibition, advertising media and was in charge of marketing collateral including press releases and company website. Created sales guides and training documents and reviewed marketing material. Researched pricing and maintain pricing strategy for entire product line.Worked as Product Manager at D-Link, I managed IP cameras, baby cameras, and battery cameras. This involves defining and executing product roadmaps, carrying out market analysis for product segmentation and positioning, addressing and solving product issues, monitoring sales, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. As Product Manager, I have increased IP camera sales from 100k per year to 1,000k per year and expanded my team. My prior experience also includes planning surveillance product exhibitions and preparing marketing plans. I possess strong skills in requirement analysis, ODM project management, and problem-solving. I proactively identify and resolve problems so that projects do not fall behind schedule, and keep up with 3C trends so that I know what kind of products are in demand. Additionally, my experience in software development means I am excellent at communicating with R&D teams.
