• Mainly on AS400 and M3 ERP administration and responsible to manage other system platform Business application.• Operate company on premise data center.• Implement security control on DB2 access to business application and users.• Implement backup policy on the current AS400 to meet the recovery requirement by M3 ERP.• Fully engage with Infra and application team members and provide solution to meet their requirement.• Involve and ensure the AS400 and M3 ERP operation meets internal/external audit requirement.• Ensure system update and patching are up to par with the security level compliance with the company.• Resource management and people manager on operation with the operation and administration team.• Govern the vendor to ensure the service deliver meet the define SLA.• Contribute on the IT operation improvement through new process and latest technology that align with the company business requirement.• Lead on assigned IT business project and ensure timeline met by coordination with Internal and external party.

• Involving on AS400 OS migration for Perkeso Malaysia.• AS400 OS migration from V5R2 to V7R1.• System migration from Iseries 810 to Power 820 servers for all Perkeso branches.• License program installation with latest CUM/DB/Hyper and other group PTF update.• Multiple full system backup and full system restoration during upgrade from new machine include User profile/authority/DB2 database/DLO and IFS restoration.

 Iseries administration for all LPARS and machines operate in Bluescopeenvironment. Capacity planning, performance monitoring, User administration,security review, preventive maintenance. Operate HMC for ad hoc on demand resources allocations to LPARS in order toprovide optimum performance based on business demand. M3 Movex Administration for Bluescope ERP. User administration, printer,program and access permission on M3 Movex. M3 Serverview and subsystemmonitoring. Maintenance ITERA HA operation and activate VRS testing once a year based onAudit requirement. In charge on M3 Tempfix management for DEV/TEST/PROD environment.Apply the program fix to environment and control the deployment to allenvironment follow the process. Operate Vision Director on system monitoring and health report generation forcapacity planning and performance review. Ensures daily AS400 backup completed successfully and perform full systembackup quarterly as require by business. Responsible on restoration of object ofIFS based on request. Perform Database refresh for DEV/Testing environment base on request from theBA TEAM. Operation on VMware environment for Satellite business application. Operation on Citrix environment to manage application publish to users. Administration on Mcafee antivirus EPO console, to ensure all computers andservers protected with the latest definition. Manage on department budgeting include Capex and Opex expenses andoperation planning. Coordinate and working closely with Vendor and team member to support onoperation issue and follow up with then in detail. Commit to the operation SLA agreed by business and provide improvement onoperational matter for Bluescope regional. Provide technical support to business analyst from multiple countries for projectdevelopment related to System I and Movex. Documentation of all process and procedure for System I and M3 ERP .

 Ensure system operations meet with the current SLA. Planning and scheduling to all batch-run and system backup Verify system operator’s checklist in order to make sure system operate in linear Compile weekly incident report to management for service meeting. Ensure all batch jobs run in sequence by it dependency and fully utilize batch runtiming in order to deliver system to user on time. Supervising system operator’s attendant, shift roster and their performance. Analyze daily batch for further improvement on batch run timing.

 AS400 ID maintenance and security in difference LPAR. Responsible on testing environment setup for system developer include data,object authority, testing ID simulation as Production. AS400 performance data monitoring, analyze and evaluate to generateperformance report. Data mirroring from Production to DR system using MIMIX. Configuration and installation on hardware or software for AS400. Support AS400 related cases assign by helpdesk on daily basis. Review on AS400 health check, backup & restoration process, job scheduleentries and preventative maintenance.

 Responsible to maintain & troubleshooting system network, AS400 system,network printer, pc & batch jobs processing that as my daily job functions. Responsible for system backup and restoration for AS 400 system and other fileand application servers. Assisting on DB2 Database administration, and data mirroring from AS400system to application server. Conducting system disaster recovery test annually for all servers. Assisting on IBM MQSeries operation on application servers Assisting on Lotus Notes operation. Handling all branches users from more than 10 states in Malaysia.
