I am a fast learning individual with a broad range of skills. My most recent position was a customer service team lead for a healthcare start up. After starting as a customer service rep I was promoted to team lead 3 months after I hit the floor. I have customer service skills that are natural and only getting better as time goes on. As my first remote job in less than a year I not only am a team lead but also will train newer representatives in Zendesk once they have graduated to handling emails. I am looking forward and excited to make my next step in my career and find something that I am truly passionate about and an environment I can continue to thrive in. After my fathers cancer diagnosis in early 2024 I stepped away to focus on family.
