I am an accomplished learning and change professional consultant with experience in designing and implementing innovative learning & development interventions, leading technology enabled business change and adoption, driving operating model change and facilitating knowledge sharing/collaboration across organisations. Working as a management consultant for 20+ years I have developed a breadth of experience working in professional services, banking, insurance, oil & gas, technology and central government. I have worked with people in organisations at all different levels and have an energetic, dynamic approach to working with my clients and colleagues. Previously I also worked in retail and manufacturing.I have five years experience teaching business studies, economics and English as a Second Language (TESOL). I qualified and worked as executive coach with some of my senior clients and am proud to say I was the programme director for the development of the first iteration of the consulting skills curriculum at PwC.
