• Accepted the challenge to implement an enterprise-wide system to fully integrate systems/applications with project management/job cost accounting and accounting systems.
• Implemented and administered a Cisco-based network with 14 users and a virtual private network (VPN) for remote connectivity.
• Updated systems with the installation of On Center database-driven software, On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, and Primavera scheduling software, Sure Track. Developed conditions based on typical productions and added.
• Implemented project management software from CM Systems, Computer-Ease, and a project management module interfacing with accounting software.
