• PCI acquired Advanced Protective Coating in June of 2012 and I was offered a position initially to help integrate our business into their existing proprietary ERP system. I successfully implemented labor control data into their system for painting and coatings and was able to help teach our estimators and project managers how to use PCI’s Labor Control software.• Used my knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to integrate historical data in order to streamline and help make our estimators more effective and efficient following PCI’s policies and procedures.• Began estimating and managing small to medium sized industrial type coating projects.• In 2015 I was selected to help PCG (our corporate entity) implement and tweak development of a new ERP system utilizing Microsoft AX. I was asked to delegate my current duties as an Estimator / Project Manager and help full-time on this project for over a year. I was successful in helping our branch transition to the new ERP system called AXIS and was also involved in training the employees in our branch.• After returning to my duties as an Estimator / Project Manager I was able to secure and run many Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects. I also was involved with Operations, helping to ensure that all procedures and protocols were being followed and updated as necessary.

• Upon completion of a three-month consulting contract to setup a network and on-site Email/Web Server; was offered a position to learn the construction industry while serving as systems administrator. • Accepted the challenge to implement an enterprise-wide system to fully integrate systems/applications with project management/job cost accounting and accounting systems.• Implemented and administered a Cisco-based network with 14 users and a virtual private network (VPN) for remote connectivity. • Updated systems with the installation of On Center database-driven software, On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, and Primavera scheduling software, Sure Track. Developed conditions based on typical productions and added material items that were commonly used.
