Principal responsibilities include consolidation, expansion and relocation studies, financial modeling, capital budget planning and acting as senior transactional manager and internal relationship manager. Duties extended to assisting in sale of the bank's REO properties in California and Nevada.

Successor to Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, NACreated a new department that grew from 1 to 13 employees and managed premises growth from 15 to 80 sites totaling over 600,000 sq. ft. Department head oversight areas of facilities management, help desk, repairs, maintenance, design and construction, appraisal, MAC, occupancy programming, Accruent lease administration, regulatory and insurance/risk/compliance.Responsible for $27 MM annual operating budget and an additional $20 MM capital budget. Conducted all site lease negotiations, site studies and M&A real estate due diligence.
