Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery with structured account analysis, whilst primarily identifying further new business opportunities, maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account. I ensure my accounts remain profitable in line with annual targets whilst exhausting all additional revenue streams and up-selling opportunities.
