When I first started at ePlus it was PC Plus. A month after I was hired PC Plus merged and became ePlus. I was hired into the break/fix service department. My job was to do hardware service calls for the customers. Then started my MCSE 4.0 track, when I was finished with all the exams I was moved in the System Engineering department. During this time I also worked on getting my HP Star, Compaq ASE and other vendor certifications. My role in the System Engineering group was to build and install NT servers for customers based on the statement of work. A year or so I had a chance to get my first look at a Cisco router. I had always been into networking but did not get the chance to get my hands on one until now. After that I was hooked, I went for my CCNA then CCDA then CCNP then got my CCIE in 2002. Now I’m working in a field that I enjoy and I have fun with the people I work with.

My job consisted of setting up the computer labs for the different classes. We had a Programming Track, Network Engineering Track, Operating System/Application Track, and a Computer Hardware Track. This would be imaging the computers to support the software needed for that class. Also building and troubleshooting any equipment used in the school.
