Chris Conlee is a leader, coach, consultant, author, speaker, and pastor. Chris currently serves as the lead pastor and co-founder of One City Church in Memphis, TN. In addition to his pastoral role, Chris loves coaching and consulting to help leaders, churches, and businesses fulfill their potential. Chris currently speaks and writes to help Christian executives maximize their effectiveness with his L4 Essentials: LoveWorks, LifeWorks, LeadershipWorks, and LegacyWorks. Chris also regularly teaches CEO peer advisory groups across the country.Previously, Chris and his wife, Karin, founded and led Highpoint Church for eighteen years. In 2017, with an average weekly attendance of over 4,500, it was ranked the 25th fastest growing church in America.Chris has authored two books.
