As a Skills Trainer at Project SEARCH, my role involves designing and implementing tailored training programs to facilitate the growth and development of our interns, who are individuals with disabilities seeking employment opportunities.My responsibilities extend from developing individualized training plans, conducting hands-on training sessions, and providing continuous guidance and support, to monitoring the progress of each intern and making necessary adjustments to their training programs.In collaboration with local businesses, I facilitate intern integration into various workplaces, promoting inclusivity and diversity. My goal is to empower each intern to reach their full potential, equipping them with the necessary skills to not only secure employment but to excel in their roles.
