• Working with customers and employees to identify and implement new bottle handling techniques to reduce transit damage by over 40%
• Facilitating successful trials of the new Infini lightweight bottle at customers’ sites, working with the customers to troubleshoot and solve any issues encountered
• Significantly reduced the time taken for Shift Managers to report production figures by updating data entry processes using an advanced, VBA programmed, Excel file.

• Undergraduate IMechE accredited placement facilitating the smooth operation of the mixing department at the Gloucester factory, troubleshooting any issues that would arise. Responsibilities and achievements include:
• Implementing various efficiency projects to improve day to day running of the plant
• Identifying and managing a waste reduction project saving the department c.£100k per year
• Purchasing, installing and commissioning new equipment
• Training staff in the operational use of new software and work processes that handled and tracked mix from raw materials to the finished product.
