Fallow Property is a specialist construction company typically undertaking high quality restoration projects of traditional and Historic buildings across North Yorkshire. We also are capable of delivering new build and extension projects, where a craft and design led approach is desired. We like to become involved with a project early on, undertaking design and planning drawings in house and alongside Architects and then taking the project right through to completion. We are able to become one consistent point of contact for clients throughout the entire process, contracting and recommending other services providers and suppliers where needed to ensure the right team and materials are in place for the projects requirements. We have also undertaken several of our own renovations and builds in the area giving us real experience from site acquisition, design, planning, services, construction and sale/rental. We are currently expanding our capabilities to provide specialist services and works to Historic properties. We are particularly interested in traditional building materials and techniques. Our experience in our own projects has seen us remedy many modern 'damp proofing' methods by national companies. We intended to spread awareness to ensure mistakes of the past are not repeated and cause damage to our heritage. We are able to offer condition reports, damp investigations and develop scope of works for Historic buildings.
