SIGINT Analyst LeadSupported the ACC-ISR contract 94th Intelligence Squadron, supervising 24 SIGINT analysts and linguists across the USAF during a worldwide pandemic. Provided analysis and reporting support to forward to deployed analysts engaged in a force protection mission.Accomplishments:• Assumed duties as the Site Lead upon transfer of the contract from another company. Managed a 24-person team of primarily Signals Intelligence analysts and linguists deployed across three separate missions. Ensured nearly 100 percent of personnel completed mission qualifications early. Awarded almost $500 in spot bonuses and eased manning requirements for USAF personnel during a pandemic.• In addition to assuming Site Lead duties, commence work in a shop to support analysts in a force protection mission. Qualified as SIGINT Geospatial Analyst and Reporter.Cryptologic Services Officer/Client Service Advocate at National Counter Terrorism CenterFirst-line supervisor for LEIDOS employee support for various missions across NCTC.
