About Chris Creamer

My personal focus throughout my career has always been about providing superior customer service and authentic transactions with clients, customers, vendors and colleagues. Traders of the Lost Art® and the business fable, The Transaction, emerged from this passion about what constitutes ‘service’ in the context of personal, authentic transactions. There is a major difference between service a customer or patient 'feels' and service they 'see.' And though you can 'fake' good service with training, only authentic service is truly memorable. The Texas Transaction, sequel to The Transaction (2015), will be available soon. During the course of writing this second installment, a short novella was written to provide back story for the Texas fable. The $100 Coffee philosophy is introduced in this story. It is entitled: THE SERVICE CHRONICLES: In Search of the 'Why' behind ServiceAs if that wasn't enough, another short story was deemed necessary. 'The Lodestar Vigilante' provides a more complete understanding of the principle character, Ron Canyon, and how he developed into a 'crusader' for authentic service. In these challenging times, it is my hope that these interconnected stories, and the ideas they present, will raise awareness about the core value of "authenticity" which is currently lacking in our daily headlines and public interactions. The 'lost art' of authentic service and personal interaction is the foundation upon which all other 'core values' depend in order to ignite and sustain a meaningful business or community culture. In my mind, it is the 'only' thing that matters.Previous/Current Relevant Experience:-Local Coordinator for PIC International Study Club (USA, Germany, Japan)-Sportsmind/Human Performance Technologies; Logistics Manager-Muscular Dystrophy Association; District Director
