Responsible for the external supply of Pfizer oncology products, encompassing the legacy-Seagen clinical and commercial portfolio.

Global responsibility for all Seagen manufacturing, internal and external, clinical and commercial, and all modalities (small molecule APIs and intermediates, biologics & ADC drug substance, drug linkers, OSD and sterile drug products, and commercial label and pack).

Site Head of the Bothell, Washington manufacturing facility producing GMP clinical and commercial bulk drug substance. Additionally responsible for global external biologics & ADC manufacturing, clinical and commercial.

Responsible for the successful design, qualification/start-up, and compliant operations of a new multi-host (microbial and mammalian) GMP manufacturing facility in Bothell, Washington. Hired and developed lean, high-performing technical and operations teams from the ground-up.

Managed drug substance and drug product technology transfers and external manufacturing for numerous clinical and commercial programs. ZymoGenetics was acquired by BMS in 2010.

Originally ICOS Corporation, development responsibilities spanned analytical methods development, formulation, and drug product manufacturing process development. Operations responsibility included technology transfers and oversight of third-party manufacturing. ICOS Corporation was acquired by Eli Lilly in 2007.

Development responsibilities included drug substance and drug product manufacturing process development, analytical methods development, and product stability testing. On-floor operations included purification, aseptic filling & freeze-drying, and labeling & packaging of sterile products.
