Oversaw Romano’s Macaroni Grill’s $33mm communication and marketing budget while growing from 75 to 210 locations. Directed the marketing initiatives converting to cross-branded electronic gift cards from paper. Led development of company’s first website. Responsible for new product ideation and research that produced three top-selling menu items as well as beverage features.
