Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term "life-changing salads." It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day. But our mission goes beyond satisfying, nutritious meals. We strive to leave this world healthier than the way we found it. We do this with our delicious and sustainably-sourced food. We do this through our eco-loyal practices like paper straws and recycled building materials. And we do this by recognizing and rewarding our team. We do this with the utmost pride and respect for every person we know. In 2019, we joined forces with MAD Greens, a Colorado-based salad-centric restaurant, to create Salad Collective. This consaladated group brings together fast-casual concepts with a shared commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients, amazing culinary experiences and excellent customer service. Snappy Catering now offers a variety of options for your next meeting or gathering. The Salad Bar offers a Create Your Own for your whole group. The Discover Box is our signature catering item that offers a customizable box with the option to combine fresh salads and/or hearty wraps. And the Boxed Lunch offers a three-course meal in one convenient box - your choice of either a wrap or salad (Bam Bam, Chicken Caesar or Steakhouse) + tortilla or sweet potato chips + a Sweet Street dessert!
