Air Methods account - I manage a $17M+ national portfolio with over 550 leases and over 250 locations for Air Methods. I handle multiple areas of real estate including transaction management, real estate strategy, lease negotiation, lease administration, project management, corporate facilities, budgeting, and financial analysis. I work with team members across the country from Area Managers, Directors, VP's and EVP's.

On a team that managed the day-to-day operations of just under 1 million square feet, but directly manage over 441,000 square feet of retail space plus a national portfolio for Century Link’s sub tenants.

Greater Detroit Area

Ford Land (Ford Motor Co) account - Managed a high-profile Ford executive office building, which was over 600,000 square feet and over saw two employees and their buildings for a total portfolio of 1.4 million square feet of office space. Also managed the new development project for Ford Land, Wagner Place. Had a high visibility with the Ford Land executive team, executive security team, project management, and leasing.

Greater Detroit Area

Ford Land (Ford Motor Co) account - Manage multiple class A properties for Ford Land, which has 6 million square feet in their Dearborn portfolio. Total day-to-day square feet managed consisted of 295,000 square feet of space including Ford Land’s headquarters and oversaw a total of 585,000 square feet.

Ann Arbor, Mi

Managed multiple commercial properties consisting of office buildings and retail shopping centers. Total managed space consists of over 1.35 million square feet of commercial space located in MI, NY, AL, VA, and MN. Developed my operational skills, vendor relations, and effective communication due to the conditions of the receivership assets, and not being on-site but once every other month.

Ann Arbor, Mi

Performed asset management responsibilities and drove the strategy for multifamily assets throughout the country. As I developed my skills, I became a manager to the three onsite managers in my Pittsburgh portfolio. These assets were in receivership and needed extensive capital improvements.

School Of Public Health- Epidemiology

Primary contact to assist faculty, departmental manager, and other support staff in a wide range of complex financial transactions. I managed all transactions on departmental, student services accounts, gifts and endowments. I also prepared monthly financial reports, illustrating revenues, expenses, and projected balances.

Real Estate Office

Liaison from the Real Estate Office to all the departments and schools for all leasing and real estate needs. Negotiated lease rates on behalf of the University for office space needed for expansion, community outreach, and swing space.
