1)Make sure all products meet relative standard and cooperate with team to meet schedule during NPD2)Drive supplier to look into root cause and continuous improvement.3) Monitor & optimize production line via APQP,5M1H,error proof...etc quality tool.4)Build & optimize internal requirement

1. Support division and work with Triangle team to ensure quality deliverables are provided on timely basis.2.Evaluate product development test plan and align test method with supplier and external lab and division. 3. Provide guidance during NPD for juvenile products including Gate/Bedrail/Boost/Locker/toys through testing , analysis of test results and suggestion for improvement to address any substandard results.4.Support sourcing team on new product launch by new supplier pre-qualification refer to QMS prior to on boarding.5.Follow up non-conforming from supplier audit and customers’ complaint ,then drive root cause and CAP refer to some quality tools such as FAI. FMEA .6. Familiar with GS and JPMA certification.

Follow up testing and monitor quality at EP/FEP/PP stage refer to Evenflo requirement and international standards for juvenile products including Playyard/gate/high chair/toys.2.Monitor and audit supplier refer to QMS and control plan;3. Follow up testing and JPMA certification with external lab.4.Drive supplier quality improvement to achieve management target .
